Evidence suggests that foods can help conquer moodiness and more serious mood problems such as anxiety and depression. Studies have shown a dramatic improvement in depression along with many physical benefits. Join us as we learn how the foods we eat can assist in our overall mood improvement. You will have the opportunity to sample some foods and will leave with recipes to take home!
