Sweating with a Purpose – Yoga (ages 18+)

A yoga class for all fitness levels that connects breath to movement and mind to body. This one hour class will include building strength in the core, balance in the body, as well as increasing flexibility and range of motion. Bring your own yoga mat and a yoga block (if you have one). No experience necessary. All levels welcome.
