Join us at the Valley Community Center for an introduction to rucking — walking or hiking with weight — and discover how this simple, scalable activity can boost your health and wellness. We’ll start with a brief discussion on the benefits and basics of rucking, followed by a 1–2 mile group ruck. All fitness levels are welcome! Please bring comfortable footwear, a water bottle, and a backpack or weight vest with 10–20 lbs of weight. Come ready to move, learn, and connect with others on the path to better fitness.
