This workshop will help to unravel the complicated and often confusing world of publishing for authors and aspiring ones alike including a discussion of the many options that authors have today to see their work in print or other formats such as an ebook or audiobook. Topics will include the forms of publishing, business models, production, distribution, lead times, metadata, the current state of the industry, the book marketplace, and many others.
