ESSENTRICS® (originally known as Classical Stretch) is a dynamic and fluid combination of full body stretching and strengthening where muscles are challenged in a lengthened position and joints are decompressed.

Created by Miranda Esmonde-White, it is influenced by flowing movements of Tai Chi, strengthening theories behind ballet, and healing principles of physiotherapy.
